Rx EDGE Introduces New Patient Adherence Program at Walgreens

Hoffman Estates, IL, January 28, 2010 - Rx EDGE has teamed up with Walgreens to deliver prescription product information and disease management tools to patients. The new initiative, HealthTrack™, is a direct mailing program that is sent to new and current patients within predetermined intervals after a prescription is filled. The centerpiece is a customized CD-ROM which provides condition-specific education along with product information, lifestyle advice, links to Walgreens refill and reminder services, and other support tools.
